Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 5% sales and 6% lodging taxes. Two rooms will accommodate a third person: Cottage with love seat that makes into a twin sleeper, and Monroe will accommodate a cot. Charge for third person in room is $25.00 per night and will be added to your bill at time of payment. Please confirm in advance by separate email or phone call the addition of a guest to your room. Cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa accepted. (Discount for cash or checks.)

Reservations and Charging Credit Cards
A credit card number is required to secure your reservation, and payment is taken at time of check-in. Your reservation confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as possible after completion of reservation form.

Cancellation
If cancellation notice is received seven days prior to scheduled arrival, your card will only be charged a service fee of $10.00 and not the full amount of your stay. If cancellation is necessary within seven days of your scheduled arrival, a gift certificate will be issued for future use if room cannot be rebooked. (Exception: For Virginia Tech Graduation and for Bristol NASCAR race weekend, payment is taken at time of booking, and no refund will be made.)

~Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.)

~Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

~Children twelve and older welcome.

~We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets; however, we do have a loving pet boarder nearby, and we will be happy to make arrangements for you.

~We are a smoke-free inn – smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas (no smoking or use of candles in rooms or on patios or balconies).

You can purchase gift certificates for a night’s stay in any room, or you may choose to purchase a dollar amount that will go toward a night’s stay here. And you don’t need to specify a particular date – we let your guests decide when they wish to plan their visit. Just call or e-mail us to make arrangements.
